Hello! I'm Manisha Agrawal, and this is my little corner of the internet where I share the recipes that have been made, loved and passed down in my family for generations — from my kitchen in Mumbai to yours, wherever you may be.
Cooking has always been the heart of our home. Growing up, I watched my mother and grandmother turn simple ingredients into extraordinary meals — not through fancy techniques, but through patience, love, and an instinct for flavour that I've spent years learning to understand myself.
I started Homemade Happiness with Manisha because I wanted to preserve those recipes and share them with families who love good, wholesome food. Whether it's the dal you grew up eating, a mithai for a festival, or a new recipe you're trying for the first time — I want every dish you cook to feel like coming home.
Everything I share is 100% vegetarian. I believe that plant-based Indian cooking is one of the world's richest and most varied cuisines, and I hope to show you just how delicious it can be — without compromise.
What started as a small passion project has grown into a community of over 366,000 subscribers on YouTube, and every single comment, question and recipe success story you share with me makes it all worthwhile. Thank you for being part of this journey.
"Food is not just nourishment — it's the language of love. And every recipe I share is a little love letter to your family."
— Manisha Agrawal
From everyday dal-roti to elaborate festival spreads — my recipes span the full range of Indian vegetarian cooking.
Mozzarella cheese, tofu, cold-pressed coconut oil, pizza sauce — make it fresh and pure at home.
Amla powder, ragi milk, eyesight remedies — natural health recipes with ingredients from your kitchen.
Rice Kanji, Amla Kanji, Beetroot Kanji — ancient Indian fermented drinks for gut health and immunity.
Gluten-free Jowar roti, high-protein paratha, whole wheat spring rolls and digestive biscuits.
Veg tacos, soya kabab, spring rolls, tikki rolls — street food flavours made healthy at home.
Pure rose water, hair serums — natural DIY beauty recipes using kitchen ingredients.
Every single recipe I share is vegetarian. I believe Indian vegetarian cuisine is among the richest in the world, and I want to show how satisfying, varied and flavourful it can be.
All my recipes are designed for a home kitchen with everyday equipment. If you have a tawa, a kadai, and a good pressure cooker — you have everything you need.
I genuinely believe the most important ingredient in any recipe is the love and care you put into it. That's what turns a good meal into a great memory.
